Ranch houses are hard to find, especially with the layout that the new owner requested.

The house had to be on one level with the master bedroom near the side entry and near the living area.

The existing bedrooms were all on the opposite side of the house. By renovating a laundry area and office and by adding additional space by enclosing an open porch, a new master suite was created.

The master is totally separate from the existing bedrooms, which has now created a wonderful guest suite.
