This home by the water with a fantastic view of the sound had been raised & renovated by the owner. The house was great, but the details were colonial & dated. It was time for a change to a clean contemporary design. 

The beaded board was removed from the ceilings and the walls. Colonial columns & railings were removed and stainless steel stairs & railings were installed in their place. A cork floor and new granite counters were installed in the newly painted kitchen. Walnut cabinetry was introduced. The feel of the house is now contemporary, inviting & exciting.
