A past client wanted to downsize & live the condo life. The location was great, but the 1980s condo was dated. Walls dividing the kitchen & dining area were removed to open the space to one great room. Closed stair wells were opened, the master suite was relocated & enlarged. 

The flat 8’ ceiling in the main living area was removed & opened to the rafters, giving the area light & volume. The entry is now elegant & inviting. Downsizing means making the space smaller not your life.
