This Westport beach house was chosen to be on the Westport Historical Society’s 2010 House Tour. It was described as a “triumph of maximizing views, serenity and casual comfort within the constraints of Westport Zoning and FEMA regulations”. 

Clean lines pervade the flow, floor plan and décor of this thoughtfully designed renovation of a 1928 cottage. The house was raised over 4 feet, is flood-vented and is strapped for hurricanes. Balconies and decks provide social living areas and beach views. 

The house was designed for family living whether that be a twosome or a houseful of 10.
